Last night, as we were outside in the garden, pulling our cardigans a little closer around our shoulders as the autumn chill tingled our skin, something magical happened in the skies over East Yorkshire. 

As the sun set, leaving an illuminated glow across the clear dusk sky, they returned - hundreds (soon to be thousands) of pink-footed geese flying high in the sky above, their noisy chatter breaking the evening stillness.

Black, noisy squiggles across the sky, these geese were embarking on their annual migration from the Arctic. And as we watched them fly in their perfect V-formation, we couldn't help but think about you and your business journey.

Nature's Lesson in Community Power

Every autumn, around 10,000 pink-footed geese grace our skies here in East Yorkshire. They travel vast distances together, supporting each other, taking turns to lead and creating an uplift that helps the entire flock soar.
